Classic Italian aperitif consisting of Gin, Campari & Sweet Vermouth. A complex mix of bitter and sweet that's perfect before dinner.

Martinez
Regarded as the precursor to the modern-day Martini Cocktail (though the Gin and French argues its case very well). Rich and decadent blend of vermouth with Gin and Maraschino seasoned with bitters.

Manhattan
Rumoured to have been created for Winston Churchill's Mother, American Whiskey with Sweet Vermouth & Bitters, served straight up.

Cosmopolitan
Infamous cocktail from the 80's. Some say it’s as hokey as a prawn cocktail, however these things always seem to come back into vogue…. Vodka & Cointreau with Lime & Cranberry.
Instructions – Add premix to a glass with ice and stir. Serve straight up.
Suggested Garnish – Orange Twist
Tom Collins (serves 2) / French 75 (serves 4)
The same recipe (see how easy it is!) of gin, lemon juice and egg white. Two classic cocktails with one subtle difference, Tom Collins is topped up with Soda Water, the French 75 is topped up with Champagne.
Tom Collings Instructions – Half the premix into 2 tall glasses. Fill with ice and top up with soda water.
French 75 Instructions - Quarter the premix into flutes and top up with Champagne.
Suggested Garnish – Maraschino Cherry
Margarita
The World’s Greatest Cocktail. Tequila, Lime, Cointreau & Agave Syrup.

CHAMPAGNE & CREMANT
Laurent Perrier – Champagne Brut 75cl
Crisp, fresh and elegant, with a pale golden hue and fine persistent bubbles…this is a Champagne that really needs no introduction…
£39
Terres Secrètes - Crémant de Bourgogne 75 cl
Prosecco’s considerably more refined French cousin, Crémant is basically Champagne that’s made outside of the Champagne region of France. It’s made using the same ‘Methode Traditionelle’ used by the top Champagne houses.
