General Information and Booking Conditions

Rate Terms

Dolan Hotels has 3 standard rates with various different booking, payment, modification and cancellation terms. Please see below:

Rate - Flexible Rate (Previously 'Best Available Rate')
Derivation - None, bookable up to day of arrival.
Cancel - Up to 2 days prior to arrival. Chargeable thereafter.
Payment - On day of arrival. Card taken as guarantee at time of booking.
Terms - Bookable up to and including day of arrival. No minimum length of stay. Modifications can be made at any time up to 2 days prior to arrival. 

Rate - Saver Rate
Derivation - 10% discount from Flexible Rate, bookable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancel - Non refundable
Payment - Taken in full at time of booking.
Terms - Bookable more than 14 days prior to arrival, Minimum 4 nights, Modifications allowed up to 2 days prior to arrival for new dates to be within next 6 months.

Rate - Advance Purchase Rate
Derivation - 15% discount from Flexible Rate, bookable up to 30 days prior to arrival
Cancel - Non-refundable
Payment - Taken in full at time of booking.
Terms - Bookable more than 30 days prior to arrival, Minimum 4 nights, No modifications or refunds.

Cancellation and Deposits
Existing bookings at all Dolan Hotels due to stay in July 2020 can be cancelled or changed for stays up to 30th June 2021, noting that if a reservation is cancelled for any reason at a rate which required a deposit or payment in advance, we will offer a credit to the same value for future use at any Dolan Hotels Ltd property. Reservations may be changed without a fee but may result in different pricing.

For all other bookings our policy is dependant on the rate you chose upon booking; you may need to pay an amount on a pre-pay basis, these are non refundable if you cancel your reservation. Holiday insurance is always advisable.

Cheques
Cheques are accepted one week prior to departure if supported by a Bankers Card up to the guarantee amount. 

Child Policy
Children aged 4 years or over can be accommodated, but will be charged as adults and must occupy a Double/Twin room with one parent.  We do not accept children under 4 years of age.  There are no family rooms at the hotel. 

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  We make no additional charge when paying for hotel services using a credit card.

Internet Bookings
The online booking facility is designed for individual bookings and Dolan Hotels reserves the right to review the validity of any reservations that are not made in this spirit. 

Pet Policy
For Health & Safety reasons, Dolan Hotels operate a no pet policy. Guide Dogs are accepted with prior arrangement. 

Special Offers
Special offers are applicable to new bookings only.  Offers cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Dolan Hotel offer or promotion. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room and subject to availability. 

Package Holidays
Where travel inclusive holidays are arranged on your behalf all payments will be handled by our travel partner and there terms and conditions will apply to your booking.  Your holiday will then be fully covered by their ABTA and ATOL licences for your piece of mind.  Photographic ID is required to travel to Jersey.

Quotations
Availability of rooms and rates are correct at the time of issue but subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice until a confirmed reservation is made.  Nothing will be reserved until the necessary payemnt or guarantee has been received, unless otherwise advised at the time of enquiry.

Tariff
Full English or continental breakfast  is included in all rates as standard, unless otherwise specified. Guests on Half Board basis who arrive after the restaurant has closed will have a cold meal provided. There is no VAT in the Channel Islands. All prices include local GST. 

Valuables
The Management respectfully declines responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any guests property unless deposited with reception and a receipt obtained.

With our Loyalty card every time you book direct, eat or drink in one of our hotels, bars or restaurants in Jersey you will receive five points for every £1 you spend.

Each point is equal to 1p so for every £1 you spend you get 5p back!
