Clara Goat’s Cheese
Clara is a soft and creamy goat’s cheese covered in ash and full of flavours.

Cerney Ash Pyramid
Cerney is an Ash coated goats pyramid with a soft, creamy white curd from Gloucester in the UK. The light, moist texture resembles that of a fromage frais.

Westcombe Cheddar
It has a deep complex flavour with a mellow lactic tang and long notes of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. It is Matured for 11-18 months with a firm texture.

Green Thunder
Thunder is a creamy, mature cheddar with garden herbs and a glorious punch of garlic. Wrapped in green wax to keep the flavour in. It is from Snowdonia, Wales.

Le Crêt Gruyere
It is a traditional, creamy, unpasteurised, semi-soft cheese. The natural, rusty brown rind is hard, dry and pitted with tiny holes. This Swiss gruyere is from Fribourg.

Winslade is a rich and silky-smooth cow’s milk cheese. Its gooey paste is encased by a band of spruce that imparts a delicate, woody aroma. It comes from Hampshire, UK.

Epoisses Germain
The cow milk cheese has a creamy, chewy and firm texture. With a distinctive soft red-orange colour, it is categorized as a smear-ripened cheese washed in marc de Bourgogne.

Colston Bassett Baby Stilton
It is a full fat, blue veined cow’s milk cheese with a natural rind. It is rich, creamy, and comes from Peterborough in the UK.

Tunworth is a traditional Camembert-style cheese. It has a creamy texture and a thin wrinkled rind with rich flavour. This cheese comes from Hampshire in the UK.

Blue Monday No.7
This is a rich pasteurised, sophisticated blue cow’s milk cheese created by Alex James, former band member of Blur, turned cheesemaker. The No.7 comes from Yorkshire in the UK.

Brie De Meaux
A soft velvety texture with a tender bloomy rind, this soft, mould rind cheese is made with raw cow’s milk and comes from Meaux in the Ile de France.

A Semi-soft, washed-rind and smear-ripened mountain cow milk cheese that originated at the heart of the Massif des Aravis, in the Thônes region of Haute-Savoie in France.
